Does anyone know how to bring a thread back that is more than 6 months old?

I find it and try to open it and then get the following message...

Horse forum after 4 months

Other fora seem to be ok , so it dsepends which it was on

This is what I am getting..................

Weird because I am logged in, as you can see, and also I tried to reply to one of my own, very recent, threads and still get the same message!

Should have added that I can find the thread, no problem, but just can't open it!
