However, it shows the judicial system is all wrong. In these circumstances surely a custodial sentence wasnt the answer. The man has had his world turned upside down by his actions. Next week a paedophile will get off as the judge feels education in the community is better than a custodial sentence. These things open up Room 101 for me. |

In cases like this it really makes no sense to punish the pepetrator so harshly. Sure, he was out of order but it was only by a stroke of cruel luck that the incident resulted in her death. He has aleady lost his wife/love. What will punishing him achieve? Ridiculous imo. |
