It's about two russian lads early teens growing up in war-time. It features them running away on a train.
Shot in black and white, has been on C4 and i'm pretty sure it's a Soviet film.
I think the title features the word Angel(s) and possibly wings.

Another good effort Magic Flea, but again wrong I'm afraid.
The film i'm looking for - features two lads, they aren't invovled in the war, they are rural lads and there are german POW's working the land. Soemthing happens and they go on the run, crossing the Soviet Union in a goods wagon, that's when I feel asleep. |
