Care home resident, 82, held over death of woman, 92

n 82-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of a 92-year-old woman at a residential care home in Dartmouth, Devon.
Police were called to the home in Strete late on Wednesday following a call from ambulance control.
Unsuccessful attempts were made to resuscitate the woman, who was a resident at the home.
An 82-year-old man, who was also a resident at the home, has been arrested and is currently in custody in Torquay.
Investigating officer, Det Supt Steve Carey, said: "Enquiries are at a very early stage and we are keen to work with the home and the residents.
"This is an isolated incident and is not thought to involve any other resident or anyone else in connection with the residents' home."
