Cheap mens Suits advice

Iv had a few Chester Barrie suits, Balmains recently.

However my toss up is between the next is

Aquascutum
Ted Baker
Daniel Hechter

Are Ted Bakers as bad as people say?

I can get hold of Bakers and Hechter for a fraction of the real price

and Aquas for half price.

But not sure which to go for.

Any advice appreicated
