Evski, I think the main point of the post is the fact that xmas is upon us and everyone likes a drink indoors at this time.

Anyway, i'm starting to detest paying £2.90 for a pint of lager. With these deals you can get 7 cans for that price!

Yeah I can appreciate that. I have a few shindigs at this time of year but as an ale fan I tend to get a few polypins from a local brewery. It is more important than ever to support your local since the government seems hellbent on destroying this sacred british institution.

I agree. I hate the way the industries going as well. But look how cold it is out at the moment. Who wants to go to the pub, pay through the nose and have to stand outside in the freezing cold when they want a smoke.

Weslhie, I appreciate it is weak, but no weaker than carling. Anyway, I dont drink to get bladdered as I hate hangovers, just a little tipsy does me and 4 or 5 cans of fosters gets me there as I dont drink very regularly.
