I am currently selling an item on ebay, however i have been inundated by offers of cash-buy it now etc.

i am aware ebay have become very hot on this and they also have a message saying any reply to a message advocating selling outside of ebay is fraudulent blah blah blah.

I even have a mobile number on the page but the dumb f00ks dont take the hint and ring and make me an offer.

My point is by replying to the message - ' Please see listing details on 'queries' and contact via advised method' .....Am i risking a ban?

no, they don't really ban you for that I think, unless somebody goes to complain about you

I bought some xmas prezzies from ebay via email after asking a question and just gave my
email address for payment with spaces so ebay dont block it out and was happy to do it that
way as the seller had good feedback.

i wouldnt bother saying you will take cash, they come and look (if you are lucky enough for them to turn up) they will agree whatever price you want before hand but get there and try and chip you a couple of hundred quid better off paying the commission most of the time than having the messers turn up
