Documentaries - Are there any good ones anymore?

Just watching Food.inc about factory farming. Some very interesting parts but why oh why do they have to have such an obvious agenda to fulfil.

Evil global corporations lying to us etc etc.

I have a brain, i can make my own mind up. Why do documentary producers feel the need to try and influence me into joining a one-sided argument?
