Hi I have a table of data from a pdf. i need to copy and paste into excel and just want the data from the furthest right column. unfortunately the first column has names with spaces in, so when I paste it to excel, the last data item can be in one of several depending on the number of spaces in the first column.

apart from cutting and paste, is there a way of picking the last cell in any row?

easily. paste all the data into excel, and it will prob be all messed up. then clicck (i am doing this off memory as dont have excel on home pc) something like data, text to colums. have a play, should only btake u a few mins. then everything will be nicely arranged and you can delete at your leisure. hopefully
