My dog caught a wood pigeon yesterday but it got away.

My mate's dog caught a wood pigeon this morning. Didn't get away :(

There was a green sandpiper on the stream in the park, her, last year. 40 miles from the coast. Been a busy winter for fieldfares.

I fogot to mention I saw a couple of thousand flamingos while walking the dog this morning. See 'em every day at the moment so I kind of take them for granted. Amazing sight.
