I feel unseasonably uncharitable raising this issue but I really feel hard done by on the busking front on my commute.
Normally walk through 3 zone 1 tube stations and tend to hear these:-
Howling "cat in pain" woman singing (screeching) her own material
Man that plays accordian, no discernable tune
Man who looks like Nick Hornby, plays things you have heard of slightly wrongly
Man who plays pink panther tune on a loop
Whistling man
At least give us an exchange scheme so Baker st buskers change with Liverpool street, Oxford Circus buskers get to perform at Waterloo etc
Makes me grumpy tbh
