A defence barrister who blatently knows their client is guilty yet continues to twist and turn the prosecutions case.
(Like a twisty turney thing) |
|
By:
So you want a barrister to judge who is guilty before a trial takes place? Not a very bright thought.
|
|
By:
Yes, guilty until proven innocent makes more sense.

This post is ridiculous. As part of law and to ensure a fair trial someone has to defend them. Obviously they are going to use all the tricks goign because the prosecution will be and if they dont then they are not doing their job properly and it will not be a fair trial.
Aren't defenders in such cases from a random pool anyway? |

if the lawyer knows their client is guilty and yet manages to get him off, or reduced sentence, i would say that is wrong - especially if the person goes on to reoffend. LAwyer then has blood on his hands imo.

some first class morons on here . You can only find somebody guilty and sentence appropriately if they have had a fair trial (that involves a lawyer making a case for either guilt or non guilt and sentencing).

i think theyre trained to be rude deliberately, there seems to be a policy "from the top" of treating customers in an aggressive heavy-handed way. ie the customer is always wrong.
