I'm not too up on these things so need help with this please.

If I buy a second hand Ipod and just want to record about 10 songs onto it, can I get the Ipod to automatically stop after each song rather than run on to the next like say a CD would at home or in the car?

I just want the Ipod to play one song then stop till I press 'play' again before it goes onto the next one then stop again till I press 'play' etc etc.

Is this possible? They also have to play in the exact order I've recorded them not randem.

set up lots of play lists with one song or create one new song of all those songs concatinated together with a short gap between each one that you can just play and pause.
