Minimum of 30 a day for me - and I love it.

If I´m in the pub, about 6-8 over the course of an evening. If I don´t have a beer I won´t smoke any at any stage of the day or night.

Zero but I grew up around smoke as my mum was a 40 a day chain smoker. I can't criticise anyone for doing it.

Smoked a few cigarettes when I was 15. Couldn't work out why it was supposed to be so wonderful, as it made me ill and I smelt slightly less pleasant than foul.

Never bothered since.

Met a man today (Age 65??) in the shops who used to drive me in to work, he had to finish 10 years ago because of Heart problems, he was carrying an Oxygen canister with Tubes under his Nostrils.
He used to smoke 30 a day and drink 2-3 bottles of Whisky a week.
He said it was easier to stop drinking before smoking, how he wishes he could turn back time.

Smoking a lot more since a recent split.
