First series is the best I reckon highlight of series two was milky joe and the legend of old gregg.

so is it all downhill from here?! was thinking about getting the series on dvd to give it a whirl? liked the 'adventure' nature/escapism and obviously the fun/comedy if it, but think other bits I've seen wasn't as keen on...

I feel similarly having seen one episode in the middle of a series- like League of Gentlemen I think it's probably one you have to be with at the start to enjoy.

Like most comedies the episodes follow a similar format, well worth getting on dvd as long as you don't watch too many in one go.

my 2 boys know charlie the bubble gum monster by heart. i saw 1 episode on uk gold or dave or whatever they call it now and bought all 3 series. brilliant stuff. |

i actually found milky joe one of the worst ones and loved some of the others, the call of the yeti, nanageddon, old gregg...well tb all of them are quality imo. just buy the dvd chebhead. |
