Yes, and then you'll be put through to Morag in Strathclyde who will try to talk you out of it.
you'll get the usual 'it's only 70p per day for the movies sir', but we all know it's £20 per month! :)
when you add things on its £10 per month £12 pr month etc
when you take them off its "Theres no reduction for taking that off" or as above poster said "its 70p per month reduction "
Deliberately vague on what reductions you will get if you cancel anything so they can get away with anything ..
TRADING STANDARDS should hang their heads in shame at the way they let Sky , B Gas , BT and the other big combines bambozzle everyone with their deliberately UNCLEAR fog + mirrors pricing policies !!
