If they payout 97% or whatever they don't need to be do they? They'll take their 3% all day long. Just like the bookies over-round.
Do just people who lose think they are fixed? Winners don't obviously. Or does no-one win regularly?
If they were 'rigged' some one would have outed them by now shirley?

How can anyone check it?
When they were 1st developed, a 'developer' from the company which made FOBT's used by Badblokes spent some time explaing how the % is automatically adjusted, by the addition of extra random numbers which can't be backed!!!
Who, and how is anyone going to prove they're all fiddled?

And Ultimate bet, PM - which I saw on you tube.
Poker's easier to spot than the programming for slot machines and roulette though. Even then I'll bet there's loads of dodginess slipping through the net.
