I've just cancelled my Orange broadband, which I was getting free.
They rang me up and offered that if I stayed with them, they would give me 3 months free.

Normally use Virgin on me Mobile so can't comment phone wise. Had no major probs with the broadband so far.

continually phoning one to put add ons onto their BT service which was ditched over 12 months ago.

Virgin re: Broadband support - are absolutely terrible.
Ah sos Facts, I'm on BT broadband, that's what I was meaning.
BT sent me a letter saying they were sorry to hear i had left and could they offer something or other to pesuade me to return... i have not even left the buggers, they really are fecking clueless
They're all awful - they rip us off for phone/mobile/broadband the usage of which is virtually all profit for the 'Provider', but as soon as there is a problem, or fault, they become useless and helpless, and reliant on call-centre staff who; a) Are not well enough informed or paid to assist - unless it's on the screen in front of them and
b) couldn't give a feck wheter you are a customer or not.

do has i have done. signed up to the TPS. Bt phoned me offering me this for that etc. told them i'm registered with TPS and they should know better than to phone me. told the guy that next time i will report them if they phone me up anymore. not had 1 phone call from them since. i hate bt the robbing gits.
