Just spoken to someone who reckons his mate has saved for 3 years and has 4 whiskey bottles full of 5 and 10p pieces.. surely must be worth £2k at least. Surely no bank is gonna take all that off his hands? Or are they obliged to?
surely if he has no intentions of betting its simply putting coins in and getting notes back (ive done it loads of times)
Why did u tell him not to do that?surely if he has no intentions of betting its simply putting coins in and getting notes back (ive done it loads of times)
i've got a few bottles full of 10s 20s and 5s myself walnuts , must be worth a grand or so
cant stand change under £1 coins .... dump the pesky rubbish out of my pockets straight away ...clutters up the place and weighs you down

u just take loads of it in your pockets or whatever to the bookies, and put it in the machine. then click cash out. you`ll get a slip back saying £152.20 or something then get that in notes from the counter.. simple!
