Remember when they were really big?

I guess the girlies liked them. Must have come to a bad end. Or maybe their balls dropped.

I always get them mixed up with Free...and N-Dubz.
Report bodil • December 5, 2009 12:37 AM GMT
I find that very hard to believe (like Christian dogma) though Everything I Own is OK.

I doubt they were the kind of fellas to have a go at the lottery.

I'm currently having a 70/80s evening on youtube.
Debby Harry is taking centre stage, a fine woman I wish I could have met ,
even when I was 7!

Is this burning an eternal flame? Close your eyes, give me your hand. Do you feel my heart beating? Do you feel the same?
Report Velasquez • December 5, 2009 12:42 AM GMT
That ain't bread - it's total cheese.
Report bodil • December 5, 2009 12:43 AM GMT
Debbie Harry in the glitterball video was the finest-looking woman ever. Knew a man - PhD and all - who was driven mad by the image, literally. Looking back, not a bad way to go.

I have a short attention span.

We had identical twins in our school who looked exactly like Debbie Harry - yet they were boys.
Report Brodie • December 5, 2009 12:47 AM GMT
:^0 that's a h'cap of sorts.
Report Velasquez • December 5, 2009 12:48 AM GMT
It was very confusing for 14 year old lads with raging hormones. At least the twins wore proper uniforms.
Report bodil • December 5, 2009 12:49 AM GMT
Too much information, Vel.
Report Velasquez • December 5, 2009 12:54 AM GMT
Drat - I knew it was a big mistake to mention the uniforms...did I mention the mohair-nylon mix?
Report Brodie • December 5, 2009 12:55 AM GMT

Strange one from the 80s. Oddly hypnotic.

Goodnight gentlemen. So much sport tomorrow....

Gotta love youtube.
Was listening to an alltime classic earlier and from the comments underneath learned that the song was written in a sort of protest/resposnse to another song with a message.
Imagine having the ability to hear a song ( quite highly rated in itself ), disagree with it, and then just produce a great song to argue your case.
Can you guess what it is ?
Report Brodie • December 5, 2009 1:10 AM GMT
Night bodil.
Report Brodie • December 5, 2009 1:12 AM GMT
Early 70s and the original was done by Neil Young. Racism was a topic.
Report Bamboo • December 5, 2009 1:13 AM GMT
Weren`t Bread around when the band Strawb were about and the other group Marmalade ?
Report Des Pond • December 5, 2009 1:13 AM GMT

Report Brodie • December 5, 2009 1:15 AM GMT

Report Brodie • December 5, 2009 1:16 AM GMT

Report Des Pond • December 5, 2009 1:16 AM GMT
