This is a bit odd. my daughter has a freeview box on her tele. Everything working okay tuesday, now for some reaon the remote doesn't work. Defo not new batteries needed and the freeview box doesn't have any buttons on it so she can't use her telly.

Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated.

On the 2nd in my region (North West) they switched the analogue signal off for good. As a result I lost all my freeview channels for a few hours. Just had to retune the box and got all channels plus more back. So if it aint that then ut sounds like she justs needs a new controller. Sorry I can't help ya more.

Cheers mate, I'm in the NW to and had to do the same. It just seems a bit odd that the remote has packed up on switchover day.

Probably just coincidence, have to get a new one.
