I dont touch microwaves. Know too many people who have died from cancer who were addicted to them.
no day one is all about caring for and cleaning your microwave. We also cover a little bit on the psychology of cooking with microwaves and overcoming our fear of cooking foods in such a way.
We don't move onto using it to actually cook food until day 2. Lets not run before we can walk.

I too run these courses, I cram an hours work in just 3 minutes.
IM starting to think maybe its not a Microwave i bought... it has tons of buttons
it doesn't have a remote control... so it must not be a TV. maybe its some sort of spy camera
