A date for your diary, we could have a landlocked derby, on the 12th or 13th of December in the Womens World Handball Championships. Though not in the same group, Hugary and Khazakzstan could mee in the second round.

Although Congo and Angola could also meet. While not landlocked countires, who could forget the contoversy of the Berlin Conference where The Democratic Republic of Congo, was given a thin piece of land cutting through Angola to reach the sea.

Paraguay is one of just two landlocked South American countries, the other being Bolivia. Bolivia has qualified for the World Cup just 3 times, in 1930, 1950 and 1994. They have never progressed beyond the first round and have scored only one goal..
