Been once, they played the National Anthem before the game, I high fived the mascot (a big hawk) then proceeded to watch said mascot p!ss off the away team manager which resulted in the manager clipping his assistant round the lug 'ole. Was a good night.

Its worth a try
Went to see Edinburgh Capitals get a pumping from Nottingham (i think) No fighting in game i saw. Definatly aimed at family market |

only the nhl encourages fighting..
most of the european leagues frown up on it.. lol the swedish hockey league has virtually NO fighting in the regular season then it can be like a free for all in the play offs :) |

Went to see New York Rangers v Boston Bruins at Madison Square Gardens in 2001.
Both teams had been elimintaed from the play-off race the week before and it was a dead rubber. Cost £100 quid in an half-empty stadium but at least there was 5 minutes ice-hockey between the fights (which, incidentally, looked staged to me!). Never again.... |

Belfast Giants v Nottingham somthingorothers.
What a pile of keek and never again, I sat waiting on the 4th quarter while the stadium emptied. |
