Two "george formbied" rashers of bacon and a poached egg with salad cream in a roll.

How long does it take to poach an egg? 3 minutes? 4 minutes? 2 minutes?

15 fkin minutes that's how long it takes to cook an egg, not including the time it takes
to get the water simmering. Why? I hear you ask. Because we have got these fancy rubber container things
which you put the egg in and then you float the whole thing in the water. But first you have to rub oil around the
inside of the rubber thing so that the egg willcome out easier when its finished. One of the reasons I like poached eggs
is because there is no oil added. :( And it just took for ever, I can't stand undercooked eggs So I had to wait and wait
untill all the white was definitely white, which took 15 minutes for god sake. Then it was fiddly getting the egg out of that
useless stupid rubber thing. And the yolk wasn't runny by this point, had gone solid. And thebacon which had been sat
on the roll for about 10 minutes was now cold. In summary these stupid rubber pod things are a total and utter waste of
fkin time. Did the marketing men think that people up and down the land were fed up with the laborious, antiquated poached
egg producing method. (One slotted spoon to remove the egg, job done in 3 seconds ffs). I know what let's ruin everyones day by telling them that poaching an egg is easier by making it more complicated. No straight up, I reckon the stupid little fekkers will buy it. :(

In summary, please no one ever buy these stupid rubber bullsh.t things. They got me, but they don't have to get you.

I wasn't the one that purchased it. Thought I'd use it because I saw it there. Dont know why I bother sometimes. I could bore you all to tears with my tales of useless stuff in the kitchen which we really don't need.

Electronic steamers ffs. What is the point when we've got perfectly good pans with steamer pots that go on top of them.
