Working in a shop, behind the tills, walking around, up and down stairs. Just on my feet, literally all day.

Get yourself a good quality pair of shoes and some very thick woolen socks.

I'm pretty sure you can buy special insoles (if that is the right word for things that go in your shoes, like odour eaters).

But first, see a chiropodist to check there is nothing wrong with your tootsies.

I think i just need better shoes.
