Hi all, this is the biggest news event of the century, but I couldn't see any coverage here?
Basically, top government funded climate scientists have been twisting their data to falsify global warming, and have been caught conspiring to prevent skeptical scientists from getting their work peer reviewed. They have illegally destroyed data to prevent FOI requests. Their server was hacked (or more likely a whistle blower) a couple of days ago, and details are now all over the internet, such as the quotes below...

Assuming this isn't a hoax report, it isn't very surprising.
Global warming is a lovely little earner for lots of advertisers, marketers, corporations, and give media lots to do, and provides dumb teachers with easy things to teach kids. |

Spot on, Studyform. Then there is the creation of fictional carbon footprints that can be bought and sold (on commission) by intermediaries who alone can decide their worth.

Granted they haven't done themselves any favours, but the raw, uncleaned data is quite compelling pity its not released to the general public.
If the US of A had let its scientists just get on with it instead to the bush administration blocking reasearch then there'd be a lot more open data out there for everyone to analyse themselves. |

I got the inside word years ago that it was a load of codswallop but nobody was expecting Al Gore to make his silly movie.
Thankfully sanity seems to be prevailing before global governments start doing anything to drastic in terms of new taxes. I'm also informed from by some friends in the legal profession that there is currently a team of lawyers working on a long list of charges to be brought against Gore. Should be the trial of the century. |

It's not terribly complicated. Climate change is a nightmare for governments as it demands that they ask their voters to make sacrifices for which they personally will see no reward, hence why it's taken a quarter of a century for overwhelming scientific evidence to produce action, in the face of opposition from big business. That's it, really.

My uncle was involved in the surveyancing of the site where the UN building was built in Fiji in the late 90's.
Seeing as the site was situated on a low lying area near the beach, my uncle remarked to one of the UN officials that they'd be underwater in 20 years time, it was at that moment my uncle was informed that the evidence that the global warming theory was based on was very weak. As i said before, no one was expecting Gore to make the movie. Still think it's funny ?:| |

If the proportion of scientists who claim man made CO2 (which is a very small proportion of
CO2 generated) is the cause of climate change why will they not put forward their findings for scrutiny and debate? Why is it mostly scientists who are funded that are pushing this theory? Why do warmists cite warming and ice melt in the whole of Antartica when data is mostly obtained from the Antarctic Peninsula, which represents about 5% of the continent. How come the data they produce for 3000 klm away mimics the data of the Antarctic Peninsular? http://www.friendsofscience.org/assets/documents/AntarcticaCooling.pdf If it is warming as much as they say it is why is the arctic sea ice in 2009, 995,000.00 Square Klm's larger than 2007. http://arctic.atmos.uiuc.edu/cryosphere/IMAGES/global.daily.ice.area.withtrend.jpg Check the high points in red, much the same with only small variations for the last 30 years. I could go on for foolscaps of data refuting MMCC but search for yourselves it is not hard to find. |
