Really? I'm surprised a good old fashioned clip round the ear didn't sort the little sod out, and with a lot less paperwork too.

Cue now the appeal process. Start the gravy train for counsellors, educational psychologists, lawyers for both sides etc all paid for by you-know-who.

Twice over would you want your child educated in a class with someone who threw things, kicked, hit or bit other children on a regular basis, constantly disrupted lessons?

Children like this should be educated outside the main stream where their needs can be met. Most LEAs have greatly reduced their provision for special educational needs prefering to have them educated in the mainstream, backed by discriminationary laws introdcuced over the last ten years.
