Perhaps it will teach people not to be reckless and take the p!ss.

After all, the people who live by their means would be the ones penalised while the mugs who p!ss money up the wall will just reclaim.

We all go through hard times, but its not difficult ffs to let the bank/creditors know that you're struggling, or even cut down. They will waive any charge if you let them know.


If you stole £25 from a mate, would he be annoyed? Would he have been happier if you asked him before hand if you could borrow £25?

The Banks will now recoup any monies paid out , plus interest on the amount paid , plus the cost of Letters sent (@£12 each) in the original dispute , plus new letters raised at the New rate of (£75 per letter) , plus the newly introduced charge (today) of £82 per day "settlement charge" until the monies are repaid by those who were paid out in error per the New Ruling/Law .
Any incoming Letters or Phonecalls needing to be answered or attended to will carry the New charge of £75 per time .
