Seriously mate, if that's really the kind of stuff you eat you need to stop.
Got dragged to a stroke society charity do once and their big message was that it's now happening to young guys. There were a lot of them in wheelchairs. Put me off eating junk for life.

They were in wheelchairs because they had major strokes and couldn't walk.
One guy was a lorry driver, had a massive stroke driving on the motorway. Lucky to be alive.

2 sausage rolls and beans half a can of pringles kinder bueno
2 chicken and mushroom pies magnum (iceland fake version)
3 cans of pepsi max I also smoke about 20 a day, but i never drink alchohol
Im 24 Is this bad?
it's a crap diet but it's not calorie laden since it appears that you haven't eaten a proper tea (evening meal)
recommended calories levels completely varies between people, for example, I walk to work and back, if I didn't exercise, apparently I need 3,300 calories to live on each day which seems to be right
you don't drink alcohol, if you did, you would be fat

and since you're only 24, nothing should really happen to you
but carry on a diet like that, nothing will still probably happen to you, since you don't drink
you're not doing drugs are you?

No, there were five or six of them who were under thirty. The lorry driver was about 35, but looked older. Lorry drivers are prime candidates for it, my brother drives one and eats terribly.

I feel sorry for lorry drivers, cos they sit on their @rses all day, long hours etc, shame really
but apparently they make good money?
it's not just their diet, it's that they don't move all day and the bosy is using barely any calories, they should be eating lower than the recommended daily amount
but it's up to them to find time to exercise, but I can imagine it wouldn't be easy

Why were they on wheelchairs though?..........just through food?

punterfleecer, yeah, you've about summed it up, except for the good money. Decent money, but hard work with it and as you say, crap food and no exercise, every day.
op, this woman next to me was a stroke society or whatever it's called regional organiser. She put the fear of christ into me and she was mainly talking salt, cigarettes and saturated fats.
I still smoke but keep it at five a day.

Money Treeee 24 Nov 20:54 yes i am skinny, but my weight never changes no matter what i eat
i have weighed 10 stone for about 5 years
I don't agree with your first sentence, you're a young boy and as I said regarding your diet for today, it's isn't calorie laden no matter how much "fat" is in it
you probably need more than 2500 calories a day, and you don't drink alcohol
and if you think you're right and you aren't putting on weight no matter "how much you eat", then I would worry, it would indicate your body isn't functioning properly

Ghostdog, I suppose we all have a different idea of what good money is
do you put salt on your food?
I used to when I was a kid, basically parents did it so I did it
but I stopped doing it when I was 12, and I find now that if there's salt on my dinner, it gives me the boak
am not a health freak or anything, but I find salt absolutely disgusting and it completely takes the taste of the food away, just like non-smokers say that smokers apparently eat food and tastes like an ashtray

The whole message of this event was that a really bad diet and no exercise can give you a serious stroke at any age. Bad enough not to walk properly. I had a feeling a couple had been serious coke heads, but nobody said anything obviously.
Maybe rehab could help them in future, but it was a sad sight to see young blokes like that.

Well I have found that people are obsessed with not walking, I had a car at one point for about 6 months and found I was getting fat almost instantly
it's amazing what walking to work and back(an hours walk) can do for you

Breakfast: bowl of Bran Flakes with a pint of semi skimmed milk and a banana; toast and Marmite.
Lunch: cheese and pasta salad; best part of a French stick; blueberry Muller Corner yoghurt.
Dinner: vegetable curry, sag aloo, boiled rice; rest of French stick; fruit salad.
Others: three pints of water; three cups of tea; packet of fig rolls; a pear.
Reasonably healthy I reckon. :)

I wouldn't tell a 24 year old to become obsessive, but cut down the salt, fat and fags. Three pepis a day is really sh1te as well.
And yes, try to walk. If you don't have time, do hard exercise a few times a week. Really hard, get your heart near max, but doesn't have to be a long time. You can't eat junk and not exercise, you are doomed.
