Not only are they completely inept at catching anything we then have to pay for their adverts where they claim they can. Seething :p

These adverts are a joke - do you really believe that somebody on the fiddle is going to see the advert and suddenly stop?
Don't make me laugh. The reason is to convince the middle classes that the Government are doing something about stopping the fraud [Another example of this is that they advertise in newspapers - not the Sun as you would expect, but in the Guardian, etc, why? Because the middle classes read those papers] And why would they want to let the middle class kknow they are doing something? Is there an election due soon or what? They are using your money for party political advertising. |

how can it be fraud......

on the skool run tother morning and had talksport on. these were a list of the adverts (which, to be fair, were more interesting than ronnie facking irani)
benefit thieves apprenticeships asbestos kills health and safety and BT. 4 out of the 5 were government funded (i think that there may have been another givt 1, too, but i cant remember it). god knows what the nigels and julians in advertising are gonna do when this govt get kicked out. |
|
By:
Vast maj of those caught are grassed up, which then triggers an investigation which 'justifies' the amount they spend on catching people - shame not as much effort is put into catching the big tax dodgers.

By:
always a sign of recession wolsey - gov advertising always goes up as the private sector spend less on advertising.
