My daughter has just passed her test , she had 11 months and 3 weeks of clean driving with no claims on her provisional license , will she have 1 year no claims on her full license or will she have to start afresh as a new fully qualified driver , any help appreciated

She will gain a year. NCB is accrued regardless of licence type.

NCB is NCB provisional or qualified, it's the same.

try adding an older named driver who is
not a relative and see the difference in premium
