I would say no in principle as well Goring, but would we think differently if we were personally affected?

At the moment , an Isralei soldier is being held hostage by a Palestinian terrorist group, they want about 500 of their people being held in Israel in return.
Why don't they double bluff em like they do in the films .. maybe kidnap a few pirates for afters too ;)
Cant they make a point of hunting down and blowing up as many pirates as possible, instead of negociating. Thats what Jack Bauer would do.
