By:

By:
tartan special was better
By:
Harp used to be popular here in Scotland, but looks like it crawled it's way back to Ireland
By:
the harp on draught is a different drink to the old blue and yellow cans Scotland had
By:
but still, it's gone here
Tennents has gone from strength to strength |
By:
Tennents is magnificent, the best lager in the world, only get it in Donegal over here.
By:
McEwan's lager seems to have disappeared as well
By:

McEwan's lager seems to have disappeared as well tasted it a few times then went off it for 9 years, but never seen much of it Carling isn't bad (its similar to tennants) but wotherspoons have now blew it out at the airports in england |
By:
my tastes may differ, but Carling tastes nothing like Tennents
By:
Carling is worse than Fosters and that's saying something.
By:
I worked in a Scottish Courage distribution centre for just over two years and the biggest selling lager was Fosters by loads of country miles.
By:
Fosters isn't a true lager, it's actually a pale ale.

my tastes may differ, but Carling tastes nothing like Tennents agree to disagree but i think its similar, but i,m forced to drink ** like heineken and carlsberg overe here, they are vile |
By:
MALAY, where do you live?
heineken and Carlsberg are good lagers, it has a nice sharp taste perhaps you prefer the duller(on the tongue) lagers? |
By:
Big Charlie, Fosters is very popular here, and it also tastes like lemonade which goes down the throat quick, it's a drink for the ones that are not into their lagers
EGG, pale ale is lager, any lager |
By:
Dublin, dont like them, love tennants, quite fond of carling, Ive been forced into drinking guiness, which i suppose is healthier for you.
By:
Punterfleece, Fosters is top fermented as are other ales.
Lagers are bottom fermented with a different stain of yeast and at lower temperatures. |
