yeah mate, the old Forest in tommorow, cant see out but a defeat, but we have to stop losing at somepoint i guess a guy in my local's one big tip of the week is Palace, and i can tell you.....he is very very good indeed :D |

I donated in the pub earlier for children in need (buckets going around) , very good cause , so well worth doing. :) Amazing how jinxy life is , when i was in the dentist earlier (his assistant who was a bit of cracker, turned up in the pub this evening, she recognised, me, i brought her a shot, she then said are you clubbing tonight, i said no going racing tommorrow earlier!!). |

Eve dk :) Wasn't in that expensive pub tonight, just my local nice pub, had karoke on tonight, very modern pub with screens etc...Nice evening , but my mouth has been very numb today from the dentist. Plus going racing at 11.30 in the morning, so will have a heavy day no doubt tommorrow. Have you got much planned for w/e m8 ??

Did well to go home early then, so you can use the money for punts tomorrow.
Work tomorrow, but off Sun Mon and Tue. Unfortunately I'm skint till payday - Wednesday. :D Quiet weekend for me. Got a mate trapped by the floods so that's him kept in anway. |

Tbh I wasn't massively affected by it. I just wanted to get back to work after a couple of days. Also I couldn't handle feeling like some sort of sympathy case. The (small) thing is, I love my shop team. Some shop teams are pretty cut-throat, but we always look out for one another, always swap shifts, cover sickness at short notice etc. I didn't want to leave them in the lurch, as disappointingly convenient as that is for upper management. ;) HR contacted me regarding counselling but I turned it down. Since that thread, I'd heard from another shop that they were due to be done over, but a tip-off to the police meant an increase in their presence around the area, and the raid never happened. Not gone away forever though, obviously. |
