Planet warms, more water evaporates, more rain falls. Simple, reallly. Scientists have been predicting it for years. That flash flood in Devon or Cornwall a few years back was a 'once in a 1,000 year' event, too. Can't remember the name of the town, but the weather has definitely changed.
