they wouldn't sell them to me though, it was 12:10 and they couldn't sell them until 12:30

maxwel. asda and tesco round here are 24 hour alcohol licenced.
i go in on a saturday morning at about 5.45am and buy drink.

Yes, Jayco

Mind, I wasn't there when it was Horsell Graphics.

Of course, the ASDA is open 24 hours but you can't buy alcohol after 11pm. Don't know what time you can buy it next morning.

Leeds sounds good for me. Work strange hours, though, so it would all depend on when the majority decide to meet up. Will keep up to date with the posts

From April 7, Asda will stop selling alcohol between midnight and 6am at around 100 stores where it is currently available.

This was another one ,where somebody had written in :-
Due to licensing laws they are unable to serve alcohol between 12 midnight and 8am, yet I could travel to a petrol station 200 yards from the store and buy £1000 worth of booze. So it is against the law for Asda to sell booze at 4:30 am but it is perfectly ok for a petrol station where cars turn up to fill up their cars to sell booze. Does that make sense to you?
That makes no sense at all

My Asda can sell alcohol till 3am. My mate who does nightshifts at Asda sees all sorts of messes coming in to buy booze at 2.55am so they can party after thier night out. Often sees girls in shirt skirts bending over for liqueurs etc.... while not wearing any undercrackers. :0 :0

He says all the lads stop working so they can go over for a perve. Think they've got code-words in fact to alert the discerners. :^0
