Actually think he is quite funny, Jim Davidson never fell under the funny category.

No. He is actually funny for a start.

But occasionally his interaction with the audience is in danger of crossing the line into bullying imo.

When he first came out, there weren't many similar risque joke tellers, it all seemed quite novel and fresh...now it seems he just tries to squeeze in rape and paedos into every gag for shock factor.

One of his shows was on channel 4 in the last couple of days (featured a part where he told one liners sat in a lounge chair with jazz music backing), and he was fecking AWFUL, completely going through the motions.

Jim Davidson is an unlikeable, humourless dinosaur. Carr can be vaguely amusing occasionally.

for once , i am in the majority here - bob monkhouse was smarmy , very smart and knew when not to appear too clever to be funny/ mildly amusing- JC reminds me of a classless BM on a very, very bad night
