About 20 yrs ago, I would have said 15-20 pts a night and I mean every night, and was still a fairly fit looking 14 stone 6' 3''. :)

Even 5 yrs ago I'd drink 10-15 pts a day, then got a problem with circulation and was told if I carried on I would be dead v soon. Never smoked or drank alcohol since.
