Getting really sick of these *****'s
They now ring me every time a 'Gambling transaction' is made to check it's a genuine transaction & not been made by Mickey Mouse or Kermit the foookin Frog :(

Surprised Abbey have a Fraud Department - thought it would cost too much to run one.

Its called - ' protecting your account '
You'd be pleased if someone had cloned your card at an ATM and hived off £250 ( x how many ) - until YOU spotted it. Banks now have fraud squads that look out for 'unusual ' transactions. I for one, am glad they do !If that means getting calls from them to check everything is ok - then so what !

My mrs was looking after her parents plants, mail etc at their house for two weeks. Thiri bank must have left 12 messages on the answerphone to contact the offices. Daft bastids were using credit cards in Canada, and hadn't taken their mobile phones with them so she couldn't contact them.

I was hoping the cards would be stopped and they'd be arrested for fraud :)
