I was just thinking about what the cheif officer of derbyshire said on radio 4 , amongst other things
The traditional crimes are down but there are more demands on our resources due to the baby p case and terrorism therefore we dont like our budgets being cut .
I s there bin laden operating out of the bakewell tart factory or something ffs ?
