Bought 'Flags of our Fathers' and 'Letters from Iwo Jima' in a box set about 6 months ago. Watched F.O.O.F. and was a bit disappointed to be honest. Keep meaning to watch L.F.I.J. but haven't got round to it. I've heard it's the better of the 2.

it is a far better effort i have to admit, i was disappointed with the other film too, though having seen LFIJ it puts it in a better light

Clint Eastwood made some brilliant films. Flags Of Iwo Jima was the better of the two.
