25stone woman convicted in 2007 is taken shopping and absconds ;no doubt should be caught quickly...but what about the general publicsafety.

thing is when she escaped the police put out a message saying she was highly dangerous and under no circumstances approach her so that begs the question why someone like that is allowed to be out and about shopping in the first place
