I had no intention of staying up for the fight, but now I'm here - and considering I was at Pacquiao's last "fight" - I might as well make the effort. Especially as I've just opened another bottle of wine :)

red, white or maybe rose?

maxand paddy

red, white or maybe rose? Wild Rock - a NZ sauvignon blanc that is a bargain at £10 a bottle from Waitrose. 8sid 15 Nov 02:47 maxand paddy are you a gay? No. But as Eddie Hitler said to Richard Richard in Bottom, "(Given your track record) You're not strictly heterosexual, are you?" :( |
|
By:
you can get 3 decent bottles for a tenner in the north
;) |
|
By:
I said Wild Rock - not Blossom Hill :p
|
|
By:
they all taste the same at 3am in the morning Max
|
|
By:
The Wild Rock will taste even nicer if Cotto wins. I'd have had the Krug out if there hadn't been a try at Twickenham today. Matt Bástard Banaham cost me the price of replacing my damaged fence panels :(

lol
on cotto here as well covering it with a back of tiger that seems to be going ok |
|
By:
Did you do your "usual" back of Tiger?
I've only got a few quid on Cotto. I was on No Tryscorer at Twickenham at 20s (some 33s was about on Thursday). I was absolutely fuming when Banahan strolled over. That was a terrific value bet. |
|
By:
the bank of tiger has been closed for months
but reopened tonight when he was 1.76 pre round to beat a load of nobodies |
|
By:
this will make you laugh Max
depressed down under 15 Nov 02:57 D13 i kid you not we have Mark N and Ian Healy commentating , Chalmers misses birdie commentating on the Australian Golf Masters :) |
|
By:
Good stuff.
I did smile when I read a couple of days ago that Australia was "too hot" for Woods. I went to day three of the Perth Test in 2006 dressed as Elvis - complete with a wig that made me and my mates (dressed in the same garb) sweat buckets on a day when it got up to 40C. He doesn't know he's born... |
|
By:
get a room you two
AGAIN :( or is it three ? |
|
By:
:^0
I can hear it now. "Tiger Woods is so good!" And as he plays a pitching wedge to within six feet. "That's dreamy!" |
|
By:
While Ian Healy is seething that some johnny foreigner is about to win the AUSTRALIAN Masters
|
|
By:
Healy's not the worst, but he's far from being the best. I'm glad we didn't have to listen to him during the Ashes, but hearing him try to explain away their defeat would have been amusing.
Approx. one hour and counting to fight time. Incidentally, when Setanta went bust, lots of fight fans moaned about how Sky were terrible with boxing and put everything they showed on PPV. They all seem to have left the forum... |

lets get ready to GR8 M8
