older couple . just back from Cuba very disappionting. the national hotel in Havana suppose to be according to Virgin a four star hotel was a dump even worse than some so called hotels in Blackpool.had to pay extra money to be transferred to a decent hotel in the beach resort of Varadero.it was worth it.in Havana everyone is waiting around for money.if anyone is going to Cuba do not go to the National hotel

stayed in a lopcals place while there, used to go to the national to change money ect. grand to visit, but expensive for cuba. and yes every one is asking for money !! can get annoying
