no pringles or salty food

first time i've had one and its fecking huge

been gargling with salt water and mouthwash plenty

keep a vitamin c tablet against it for as long as you can - soon goes (I've heard that lemon juice works as well but never tried it myself).

I get them if I eat too many salty crisps and things. Pringles have a lot to answer for.

I always found salt just hurt like hell and make it bleed. Bonjela does the job in a day or two.

If you can't get to the chemist, then for a home remedy try bicarbonate of soda.

Crisps, tomatoes even bananas bad for the ulsers. Best job i found but it will hurt is myrhh tincture ( any chemist should have it), horrid brown stuff numbs the pain makes the inside of mouth go like your skin when been in bath too long, small bottle last u years.

Doctor told me years ago gargling with dispersable aspirin the best thing for it , one of the components in it.
And they only cost about 20p a packet.

Oil pulling, cures everything, mouth ulcers, bad breath, heart disease etc. etc. I started doing it yesterday and haven't had a days illness since.

In the morning, before breakfast on an empty stomach, pour one tablespoon (10ml) of Sesame Oil into your mouth. Swish and swirl the Sesame Oil gently, in a comfortable way, through the gums and teeth for about fifteen to twenty minutes.

------------

supposed to do it 3 times a day? :0
Report boggle November 11, 2009 6:58 PM GMT
I always found Rinstead Pastilles worked well.

But the health benefits are tremendous thetitan, I haven't looked back since yesterday morning, I did ** a bit, you are supposed to swirl it around your mouth until it goes white?? but when I spat it out it was yellow so I didn't quite go the full course. I will be giving it the full treatment tomorrow morning and swirling until its white. I will report back in about 2054 but of course most of you will be history by then, I will be entering my second century in the rudest of health and probably in training for the 2058 Olympics.
