Serious answer-: If you are in a mess, go and see the CAB and they'll advise you as to wether it's for you or if there's a better option but go tomorrow, don't bury your head. Good luck mate.

Good luck, but DO IT, down let it get you down.
Forgot, it's Saturday tomorrow, probably won't be open. Have a few jars over the weekend, having promised yourself you'll sort it out Monday first thing. |

Might take you a while to get to see CAB.
In the meantime you might be able to sort it yourself. go to moneysavingexpert forums debt free wannabe or bankruptcy forums. Get everything written down and work out the best way forward |

my mate done it few weeks ago, easy cost him approx 400 quid. ok for him as he was not a homeowner, had a nice car, ut said that he sold it to his father in law to pay some dets etc, just lied , did transfer the car in name only, still his though.had to fill the usual expenditure forms , again easy add a few 100s to your food udget etc, the downside is no credit for around 6 years, wouldnt get any anyway, and was due 200 quid tax refund , wont get that goes straight to the receiver.what happens if you come into some money as winning a lot or inheritance not sure , ,
