My arguments against democracy in the UK are as follows:

-80% uneducated electorate who do not vote based upon rational intelligent thought (harsh but true)
-20% educated electorate cannot be expected to fully understand policy and hold govts to account. "We" are simply not qualified to decide who should hold power
-lack of choice between the main parties
-personality politics has taken over from ideological debate
-party policy is shaped 100% by the need for votes
-the media has too much power to maninipulate the electorate

Basically I would like to see an independent body of great minds, and ethically & morally rich people who would elect govt, and hold them to account. That body would be determined by, and be accountable to (in some form) the people.

This shall become known throughout history as the "monsieur p doctrine"

Democracy doesn't work when idiots can vote. Find it hillarious that over the past centaury or so, people vote conservative, realise they're crap, then vote labour, who then feck things up even more, go back to cons and realise how bad they were.. go back to labour, ad infinitum.

Anarchy is what we need for a bit.

Monsieur P Urine more like it!

It should be a dictatorship with moi in charge. Machine gun nests at the other side of the Chunnel all immigration stopped. Illegal immigrants made to swim home- asylum seakers escorted to 1 mile outside their own country's border and tied up in a bag with a couple of venomous snakes in it. MPs snouting in the trough and greedy bankers shot alongside spongers and women who think it is their right to have kids with the state paying for them. Guardian readers will be battered to death using The Guardian.

That is just part of my policy document.

But tell me- am I a bit too liberal?

Should go further slicer.

Need some harsher policies on benefit** (not the genuine cases)
Parents who smoke in front of kids - have kids taken off them and parents given lung cancer.
Getting more cars off the road - they're a luxery item not a god given right. Suggest adding extra £1 a litre to fuel
FOBTs to be banned

Democracy whilst being the fairest form of government does tend in a lot of cases to give weak government, in an ideal world I would go for a benevolent dictactor but unfortunately they invariably soon become a lot less benevolent and a lot more dictactor.

Thanks for your support Mr Flea- I shall always wear it!

My Title would be modest- something along the lines of His Regal Superiorness, The Extremely Right Honourable Saviour of The United Kingdom, His and Everyone elses Excellence, The Magnificent and Extremely Modest and well loved by all What know him, Aristotle Rex.

Something short along those lines.

What do you think of that?

Very catchy and easy to remember, although if I may suggest to add "absolute" between "His" and "Regal Superiorness"

In a FPTP democracy like the UK ,the voters that change governments are the swing voters who live in swing (ie typical of the average UK place) seats.

These voters tend to be both educated, working yet unprivilged so are probably the best people to decide governments. Thats why Britian is still one of the best places to live in the world.

If you have a dictatorship then people become servanst fo the state or its leaders and if you have a more 'pure' democracy like PR then it is true that everyones vote will truely be equal no matter what you do in life or how irresponsibel you are -This will lead to a country will little ambition or incentive to better itself
