Sky sent me a letter as I am overdue with my payment for TV and phone.

They were warning me that if I dont pay my bill, my phone would be cut off and I would'nt be able to make calls. And that included calls to the emergency services.

Is it lawful for a phone provider to cut off calls to emergency services of there is an active line?
