the trouble with the yanks is - they have the death penalty- but so seldom use it - so its not a true deterrent
lol.........but i think death is almost better than some american sentences...200-150 ect..in years.
If only some of the UK lowlife could be given 99 years for murder....
or 40 years for that offence , plus 25 years for that one and 15 years for that one ..so that's a total of 80 years you have as your sentence ... :D

They say prisons are universities of crime,could you imagine the social havoc caused by a 98 yo delinquent
